    • Answer phones 8:30am - 5pm
    • Filing and organization of company information
    • Generate statements for customers and information vendors
    • Organization of contracts, documents and SalesForce records
    • Review expiration and renewal reports for customers and vendors weekly
    • Schedule customer calls and meetings
    • Assist with contract amendments and updates
    • Assist with prospecting, market research and LinkedIn / Email outreach
    • Manage CEO meeting and travel schedule
    • Organize CEO email and flag critical responses as needed
    • Office organization
    • Expense reports
  • Qualifications
    • Strong written / oral communication skills
    • Reliable and punctual
    • Works well in a small, close knit team
    • Flexible and willing to take on tasks and responsibility
    • Highly organized
    • Self motivated

    $40K/year
