Responsibilities: • Provide daily administrative and operational support to two busy loan officers • Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and handle appointment scheduling with precision • Respond promptly and professionally to emails, client inquiries, and internal requests • Prepare and send pre-approval and approval letters in a timely and accurate manner • Schedule and coordinate closing calls with clients and partners • Enter and update client and lead information accurately in Salesforce CRM • Track loan files and ensure all necessary documentation is received and completed • Take detailed meeting notes and follow up on action items as needed • Maintain organized electronic files and assist with general office support tasks • Assist with lead generation activities and client engagement follow-up when needed Qualifications: • 5+ years of administrative or office support experience (mortgage or real estate industry a plus) • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with sharp attention to detail • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); Salesforce experience is a plus • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism • Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving and follow-through • Experience managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and handling client communications • Team-oriented with a positive attitude and strong work ethic • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree a plus Compensation: $58,000
