JOB DESCRIPTION
As a key member of the Data Analytics team, the Jr. Business Data Analyst will drive insights and process improvement efforts across the Company's multi-unit retail store and online network. The problem set of issues will range from people/unit/product performance to technology and human process improvements. You will help lead the effort to determine the most efficient ways to best use people, technology, information, and data to help the Company continually improve its store operating performance across all metrics, including financial results, customer experience, and employee satisfaction. This position will report to the Business Analytics Manager.
THIS POSITION IS NOT REMOTE AND WILL REQUIRE WORKING IN OUR NASHVILLE, TN OFFICE.
