Local Independent Aflac is looking for a to join our team Full Timein WILTON MANORS, FL
This position is critical to the development and growth of our organization. It is essential that the individual is team-oriented, ambitious, and innovative. Superior attention to detail, organizational skills, outstanding communication, and a passion for talent acquisition is required.
The role is A FULL TIME POSITION starting PAY RANGE WILL START AT $18-$20 PER HOUR BASED ON EXPERIENCE, WITH ADDITIONAL BONUS OPPORTUNITIES.

RESPONSIBILITIES
· Manage full-lifecycle recruitment for multiple positions.
· Partner closely with the REGIONAL SALES DIRECTOR. Advise on sourcing strategies, screening process, candidate pools, labor market data, and anticipated time-to-fill.
· Author job descriptions and manage job board postings (e.g., Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.), as well as explore new opportunities to attract recruits.
· Conduct phone screenings and interviews, administer reference checks, and make recommendations for hire.
· Manage interview schedule on behalf of the REGIONAL SALES DIRECTOR.
· Update applicant tracking software (ATS) throughout the recruitment process.
· Maintain a consistent and strong relationship with all candidates during the entire hiring process and act as their primary point of contact.
· Assist candidates with scheduling insurance licensing exams and coaching through the studying process.
· Coordinate with hiring managers to assess their new hire needs, and communicate the progress of new team members to the leadership team.
· Attend regional leadership meetings, weekly market-wide meetings, and monthly national trainings.
· Generate, maintain, and manage reports designed for analytical support.
· Support team by assisting with any administrative/customer service tasks needed.

· Exceptional communication skills.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office.
· Experience and interest in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition.
· Associates or bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
