Some expectations of the Real Estate Assistant are: -To provide administrative support to the Director of Project Management Real Estate and Real Estate Store Layout Project Managers. -The ability to prepare and distribute various store layouts and shelving orders. -The ability to greet, assist, and refer all incoming visitors to the proper department. -The ability to collect, gather, visualize and analyze information in detail to solve problems. -The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and effectively manage timelines. -The ability to organize large amounts of data, prioritize and complete tasks to maximize the total time available. -The ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with a group of individuals. -The ability to establish and maintain relationships with employees, partners and management team. -Skilled verbal and written communications including the ability to prepare correspondence to meet purpose and audience. -Proficiency with MS OFFICE products such as WORD, EXCEL, OUTLOOK, etc. is required. -Must be professional, reliable, responsive to feedback, detail oriented and maintain a positive attitude. -AutoCAD experience is preferred. A background as an assistant in Real Estate, or Store Layouts would be preferred. You must have a High School diploma or G.E.D. 3-5 years related experience is preferred.
