Job Description: The Talent Acquisition Intern for R&D will have specific responsibility in supporting our TA Partners in attracting, engaging and hiring highly sought after technical engineering talent. This person will be responsible for helping our team to streamline our hiring process and increase recruiting efficiencies for R&D hiring. Responsibilities: * Partner with Recruiters and hiring leaders within our R&D team to learn the current and short-term hiring needs * Use recruiting tools to source and screen candidates * Schedule phone and on-site interviews for candidates with our Recruiters and Hiring Managers * Research trends and find competitive intelligence for hiring R&D talent Requirements: ·0-1 years of experience working in a Talent Acquisition function ·High School diploma ·Some college education, preferably with a focus in Business, HR, or Sales ·Experience with MS Office, specifically Outlook and Excel Nice to have/Optional * Experience working with LinkedIn Recruiter, Entelo, or other major recruiting tools At Align, the values Agility, Customer and Accountability define our culture.
