The planning component coordinates associate schedules, including shift and skill set gap analysis. This position also coordinates all non-productive activities by evaluating shrinkage data and considering budgetary guidelines. In addition, the position must foster collaborative relationships with associates and Operations Management. The role also evaluates real time factors that impact the associate staff plan, and adjusts associates schedules and non-productive activities to meet the needs of the business. Essential Job Functions Provide oversight to a Line of Business (Bucket) Creation of IEX associate work schedules Analyze staffing data to help determine schedule modifications that will align staffing to the business needs Analyze performance results and skilling of associates Review staffing needs and provide new hire schedules Provide education of business decisions in regards to schedule modifications Effectively manage in the gray and be empowered to make decisions that meet both associate and business needs Entry of off-phone activities into IEX workforce management application Development of professional behavior and interaction with Management Building of trusting business relationships Completion of simple reports with opportunity to expand skill set Qualifications Education/Certifications: High School Diploma or GED Preferred Work Experience: Minimum of 6 months of employment with Alliance Data and in good standing regarding performance and attendance.
