As an intern youll participate in a formalIntern Program, which is an 11-week summer program that aims to create a meaningful early career experience for university students. The program offers professional development & hands-on training, networking opportunities with people throughout the business including multiple projects & social events, and the consideration for full-time employment. Responsibilities May Include (All or Some) Tasks Below: Production liaison for creative, account, and client teams Manage vendor relationships, onboarding, contracts, and payment Maintain production department records, working with legal and finance teams Partnering with creative team to develop ideas Support long and short term production projects Qualifications: Currently pursuing a Bachelors degree Prior production experience is preferred however not required Excellent listening & communication skills, both verbal and written Detail-oriented, able to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Able to work in a team & build effective relationships Demonstrated leadership skills Self-starter, with strong initiative and ability to project manage Conditions of Employment All job offers are contingent upon successful completion of certain background checks which unless prohibited by applicable law may include criminal history checks, employment verification, education verification, drug screens, credit checks, DMV checks (for driving positions only) and fingerprinting.
