For the Systems Support Specialist role, you'll be responsible for assisting our associates in the Chicago office by keeping macOS and Windows computers in top working condition and resolving their issues within our SLAs. Strong technical, organizational, and teamwork skills are vital to the success of the role. We are a team of achievers, and you'll be expected of the same. Responsibilities -Provide computer hardware and software support for associates in Chicago, as well as remote associates -Support everyday IT needs from users such as setting up video conferences, printing, and accessing internal apps -Acknowledge and resolve IT issues within defined SLAs within Jira ticketing system -Administer Active Directory objects and Office 365/Exchange groups and mailboxes -Troubleshoot unified communication tools such as Polycom video conferencing systems, Microsoft Teams and Skype for Business -Arrange and provision new equipment for users and new hires -Set up and tear down workstation equipment (monitors, docks, keyboards, mice, stands), move users -Contribute user facing and internal documentation -Participate in Help Desk, Unified Communications, Systems Administration, Network Engineering, and Facilities projects -Own, run, and complete personal IT goals and team projects as assigned by manager -Improve the IT experience for the team and for users -Attend daily team stand-ups and 1on1s with manager and direct reports to discuss goals and skills development Minimum Qualifications -Bachelor's degree from 4-year university or technical degree or certification equivalent in information technology -2 years of full-time IT support experience -Intermediate knowledge of Mac and Windows hardware and software -Working experience with Active Directory, Exchange, Office 365 -Strong experience with ticketing systems -Refined customer service skills, business acumen -Can-do attitude, anxious to take on any task, big or small -Strong communicator with high level of knowledge absorption -Thrives in a fast-paced, and highly adaptable team and company -Strong critical thinker, able to identify problems and understand all possible outcomes and solutions Preferred Qualifications -Working experience with Atlassian suite of tools (Jira and Confluence), Microsoft SCCM, Skype for Business, and Teams -Automation by scripting, and coding foundation with any language -Agile project management methodology exposure Check out Engineering Blog http://engineering.conversantmedia.com/ To Apply Directly: avasudeva@conversantmedia.com #engineering-technology #LI-AV1 #engineering-technology #LI-AV1 -Primary Location:USA - United States-3090 - Illinois-50082 - Chicago-L5-Chicago, IL - CNVR -Work Locations: L5-Chicago, IL - CNVR Chicago60606 -Job:Technology -Organization:Epsilon -Schedule:Regular -Job Type:Full-time -Job Posting:Nov 8, 2018, 4:44:43 PM Division:Conversant
