    At our Agency you will utilize our proven sales processes, including how to identify, quote, and close highly qualified leads in each territory. You will receive award winning, company paid for training and hands on support in both our in office and remote LSP positions.

    Those who work hard to build a strong knowledge of our products and confidence in their presentation have consistently earned $75,000-$120,000 annually. We would love to give you a chance as our newest team member to do the same.

    What we are looking for

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • ACTIVE PROPERTY & CASUALTY LICENSE (REQUIRED)
    • SALES EXPERIENCE (OUTSIDE SALES OR INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE, RETAIL SALES ASSOCIATE, SERVICE BACKGROUND, OR TELEMARKETING/ INSURANCE SALES) REQUIRED)

    AT OUR AGENCY, WE ASK A LOT OF OUR EMPLOYEES, WHICH IS WHY WE GIVE SO MUCH IN RETURN. IN ADDITION TO YOUR :

    • UP TO $55,000 Base salary + 13% + commissions

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Average 80 calls per day OR 2.5+ hours of talk time OR 10 quotes
    • sell various types of insurance policies to individuals on behalf of Allstate including, automobile, fire, life, and property policies
    • Use a customer focused, needs based review process to educate customers about insurance options
    • Work with Agent to establish and meet marketing goals and sales quotas
    • Work through agency provided lead sources and answer inbound live lead transfers
    • Schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Be outstanding at relationship building
    • Actively work and follow up with Agency provided leads (NO cold calling required)
    • The ability to conduct needs based selling, including: Prospecting, building and managing a pipeline, conducting needs analysis, developing solutions, and writing proposals, presenting proposals, and closing deals
    • Calculate premiums and establish payment method
    • Generating client referrals
