Job Description Drift is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to help expand the marketing capabilities of its newly formed car sharing venture. This role will be responsible for planning, coordinating, executing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels and parts of the business. You will drive the business by way of setting campaign goals, facilitating insightful multi-variate tests, designing cross-channel execution, and providing campaign optimization plans. The ideal candidate will have a background in email marketing and common digital advertising platforms like Google AdWords and Facebook. This role will c ollaborate with numerous groups within the company including, our General Managers, User Acquisition, Field Marketing, Sales, and Design on a regular basis. Job Responsibilities Plan, lead, and execute campaigns and programs across digital media, search, email, marketing automation, content marketing, personalization, social media, and mobile Use a data-driven approach to measure the impact of campaigns and improve marketing strategies, in addition to market research and competitor analysis Responsibilities include curating, writing, and editing both long form and short form content for blog, website and social media Implement and analyze A/B or Multi-Variable Tests to provide in-depth insights to the user acquisition team on the test data and understanding of key market drivers Support revenue marketing initiatives by planning and executing one-off and drip email engagement programs throughout all phases of the buying cycle (cold prospect, warm lead, hot lead, customer, etc) Manage email marketing process - campaign briefs, set-up, execution, testing, reporting, and optimization Identify and create a testing approach for demand creation program pilots Document and communicate/distribute best practices for demand creation program implementation across the organization, including recommendations on where improvements can be made Use analytics to continuously audit and improve digital experiences and outcomes Stay abreast of emerging digital technologies, media opportunities, approaches, and strategies Job Qualifications Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or equivalent 3-5 years experience in digital, email, and/or content marketing Functional Skills Working knowledge of key digital advertising platforms (Google, Facebook etc.) Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, the ability manage multiple projects with time sense of urgency Excellent writing, editing, proofreading, and brainstorming skills Excellent analytical, data analysis, creative, and problem-solving skills Ability to work autonomously and act as project manager for cross-functional projects Willingness to both lead and support projects and influence change Budget management Strong computer skills, Microsoft Office/Excel Drift - Digital Marketing Specialist Allstate generally does not sponsor individuals for employment-based visas for this position.
