Role Overview The Client Services Analyst is responsible for both front-end and back-end support of the decision support and analytic solutions used by our healthcare provider clients. Working with raw data from a variety of sources, the CSA performs the tasks necessary to ensure its accuracy, timeliness, and completeness as it is uploaded. The CSM will work closely with our clients, providing training and ongoing support to ensure that each user can create the meaningful and actionable information needed to navigate the changing healthcare landscape. As an analyst, you will have the opportunity to engage with industry leaders, gain experience in healthcare technology and consulting, and work alongside many other talented professionals. Responsibilities * Assist in the support of our proprietary hospital tools, ensuring the integrity of the financial data at the core of all our products * Work closely with a team of analysts, client service managers, and iVantage leaders to manage client data through our proprietary analytic platforms * Assist and ultimately be responsible for data submissions, onboarding data validation, and ongoing support, which includes producing reports and analyses for our hospital and healthcare clients * Work with the Client Services team to interpret the results and prepare presentations for managers and administrators, helping them turn their data into actionable information and building a foundation for a long-term client relationship * Assist in sales demonstrations Qualifications & Desired Skills * At least 2+ years of relevant healthcare, analytics, performance improvement, or similar experience, particularly in hospital reimbursement, finance, or decision support * Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience required; Masters degree preferred * Strong hands-on knowledge of Excel, relational database manipulation, Access, SQL, and web-based tools * Desire to exceed customer expectations * Strong written and verbal communication skills, plus a demonstrated ability to function well in self-directed work groups, on independent projects, and in a collaborative environment are also requirements At The Chartis Group, we pride ourselves on having a diverse workforce.
