    The U.S. Consumer Services Team is responsible for our suite of consumer products, services, and experiences in the U.S., including our premium, cobrand, cash back, and lending portfolios, Membership Rewards, Global Travel & Lifestyle Services, the Centurion Lounge network, our Global Dining and Resy businesses, U.S. Consumer Banking, and best-in-class marketing programs across customer, prospect, and partner channels.     Membership Portfolio Services is responsible for developing and scaling several growing businesses that are strategically important to American Express. Each of the businesses within Membership Portfolio Services connect Card Members with Merchants - a key differentiator of our Membership Model - and which also represent a significant opportunity to help drive our growth over the mid-to-long term.

    Launched in 2012, Amex Offers is a digital advertising platform that connects Merchants, Advertisers and brands with the tens of millions of American Express Card Members across the globe. The Amex Offers team develops strategic marketing partnerships that deliver - through the Amex offers platform - unique differentiated value to reach high-spending Card Members in the digital channels where they engage with American Express. Through this solution, we can help advertisers get laser-focused on who our mutual customers are, what they want, and how we can meet their needs - delivering deep insights and maximizing results.

    This Analyst role on the Amex Offers Customer Success team will partner directly with our Sales & Sourcing team to support engagements with partners in the Travel, Entertainment, Dining & B2B verticals. This candidate will be responsible for driving forward multiple projects including marketing execution, results tracking and campaign analysis.

    Key Focus Areas:

    • Manage the operations for selling, go-to-market processes and execution of Amex Offers engagements for key partners
    • Support Customer Success team members to drive strategic initiatives
    • Help to identify industry trends and gaps in the portfolio to grow merchant-funded value and contractual funding optimization
    • Assist with business insights and performance metrics for merchant partners
    • Partner across the team and with internal stakeholders to input and update pipeline opportunities and provide campaign execution support
    • Drive best practices sharing across the team

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Previous experience in advertising, or performance marketing roles
    • Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
    • Proven track record of being a high performer with expert organizational and project management skills
    • Passion for performance based marketing, payments innovation and new digital trends
    • Independent problem solver with great attention to detail and the ability to work cross functionally
    • Strong communication and analytical background
    • A team player who doesn’t mind rolling their sleeves up to get things done

    Educational Requirement:

    • Bachelor’s degree

    Salary Range: $65,500.00 to $102,500.00 annually + bonus + benefits
