Job Description
Responsibilities of this role include:
Coordinate operational, administrative, and logistical support across key Employee Success and VCA NA initiatives.
Help drive the planning and execution of employee programs by managing calendars, timelines, registrations, materials, communications, and follow-up actions.
Gather and maintain program data and participant feedback to ensure accurate records and clear reporting for stakeholders.
Work cross-functionally with internal and external partners to enable the successful execution of events and strategic initiatives.
Provide support for internal communications and other high-visibility initiatives through document preparation, formatting, coordination, and distribution.
Develop and refresh presentations, decks, and written materials that support program delivery and stakeholder engagement.
Manage and update SharePoint sites, shared documents, and team resources that support Employee Success initiatives.
Recommend enhancements to processes, templates, and workflows to improve efficiency and consistency across the team.
Leverage emerging technologies, including AI-enabled tools, to streamline work and improve operational effectiveness.
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.

Travel Requirements: This position requires travel5-10% of the time.
Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for this position is 109,700.00 to 170,200.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
