Job Description
Visa is seeking an Analyst, Talent Acquisition Program Management to support and scale Visa’s Global Internship Program. This role owns the end-to-end design, delivery, and optimization of multi-site programs for interns, managers, and volunteers, partnering closely with Talent Acquisition, People Ops, and global stakeholders.
You will balance strategy and execution, managing multiple workstreams, building scalable program frameworks, and using data to drive decisions and continuous improvement.

What You'll Do:
**Program Design, Delivery & Operations **
Design and continuously improve core program components for up to 500 interns, including: Skills development, career and personal growth experiences, mentorship programs, hackathons, case competitions, community-building and social programming
Support the design and deliver orientation and pre-boarding experiences across 12+ offices in partnership with People Ops teams (End-User Support, Pre-boarding, AskPeople).
Manage 5-8 concurrent workstreams, ensuring deliverables, timelines, and quality standards are met.
Act as a subject-matter expert for managers, interns, and site leads, delivering guidance through email, webinars, documentation, and live trainings.
Support marketing and engagement campaigns
Volunteers Management
Data, Insights & Continuous Improvement
Own the creation of global program surveys in Qualtrics
Evaluate program effectiveness and health through quantitative and qualitative analysis, producing annual program read-outs with insights and recommendations.
Use data and research to identify root causes, optimize processes, and drive operational efficiencies.
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in the office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for this position is 94,400.00 to 146,700.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
