Summary

The Annuity Specialist II helps Financial Advisor (FA’s) protect more of their clients with annuity solutions. The Annuity Specialist II accomplishes this through marketing, training, managing insurance carrier relationships, and supporting FAs.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Partners with insurance carriers and wholesalers to ensure our FAs have excellent support.
• Promotes annuity concepts to FAs and their clients.
• Creates and delivers annuity training face to face and virtually.
• Serves as a subject matter expert on annuities.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of marketing annuity concepts.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to support others to success.

Education & Experience

• Minimum Required: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or business related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum Required: 3 + years or more industry related experience.

Licenses and Credentials

• Minimum Required: State Resident Life and Health Insurance License, State LTC designation.
• Minimum Required: Series 7, 63 and 66 within 6 months of hire.

Systems and Technology

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
