We have an opportunity in our Chicago agency location for aReceptionist.This position will be the first interaction our clients have when they walk in the door or call on the phone. This is the "Director of first impressions"! The hours are 9 am to 6 pm Monday thru Friday. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: * Answer multiple incoming lines and direct calls to appropriateindividuals * Greet and direct visitors * Open and close reception area daily * Communicate incoming faxes and/or packages to recipients * Perform a variety of clerical duties to support the operations and marketing/communications teams Education/Experience Required: * Some college; coursework in marketing/advertising a plus * 2+ years experience in a fast paced office environment with administrative and/or customer service experience. * Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint * High level of confidentiality and attention to detail are required * Strong written and verbal communication skills, problem-solving skills, ability to multitask, great organizational skills, and a strong desire to learn * Team oriented and able to work collaboratively to achieve goals We are a culture of passionate, collaborative and respectful people.
