The Behavioral Health/EAP Intern will gain exposure to the healthcare industry and contribute additional input from a different perspective. Primary responsibilities will include, but not be limited to: * Conduct user acceptance testing for the launch of Behavioral Health Cost and Care Finder and Employee Assistance * Program (EAP) platform enhancements * Conduct backend research supporting clinical and complex provider searches * Provide data and workflow documentation for departmental projects * Analyze EAP provider network for access and availability gaps Qualifications * Currently enrolled at an accredited college or university * Pursuing a Masters degree in social work, health care administration, behavioral health, or a related program of study * Strong familiarity with Microsoft Office * Ability to work as part of a team as well as independently * Excellent oral and written communication skills * Strong attention to detail Anthem, Inc. is ranked as one of Americas Most Admired Companies among health insurers by Fortune magazine and is a 2017 DiversityInc magazine Top 50 Company for Diversity.
