The business change management intern will be responsible for assisting the management within the business unit and the organization in bridging the gap between the current and desired business performance and balancing short-term business needs with long-term perspectives of success to ensure that our change journey produces desired results. Primary duties to include, but are not limited to: * Helps build and support the Data Policy team updated policies, artifacts and operational documentation and helps populate a data use inventory * Performing program management support for the Enterprise Data Governance Data Use subcommittee * Communicates information from a variety of sources through newsletters, dashboards and presentations * May make recommendations based upon input from stakeholders * Support team members who provides analytic consultation to other business areas, leadership or external customers QUALIFICATIONS Required: * Currently enrolled at an accredited college or university and will not graduate prior to July 2018 * Pursuing an undergraduate degree in business or a related program of study Strongly preferred: * Proficient level proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint * Critical thinking and business analysis skills * Ability to translate complex topics and situations into understandable components and appropriately communicate and lead others * Continuous improvement mindset Anthem, Inc. is ranked as one of Americas Most Admired Companies among health insurers by Fortune magazine and is a 2017 Diversity Inc magazine Top 50 Company for Diversity.
