Associate Relations Consultant Responsible for serving as the primary point of contact for all Anthem employees as it relates to employee relations issues including but not limited to investigations, agency charges (EEO, DOL), employment litigation, associate complaints, performance management, coaching, development, attendance, and other issues. Primary duties may include, but are not limited to: + Provides advice, guidance, coaching, and training to associates and managers based on corporate policies and in accordance with employment laws and regulations. + Provides oversight of the company's internal investigations of associate complaints and/or manager consultation for policy interpretation or employee concerns. Serves as a liaison to Anthem internal departments as it relates to all employee relations matters. + Develops and provides periodic associate relations-related analytical data and analyzes trends to determine appropriate action plans.
