Company. Field Sales & Service Rep (Medicare) - Savannah, Columbus,
Augusta, or Macon Georgia Total compensation will consist of base +
commission, with a potential to earn $120K a year at 100% of Goal. There
is a significant upside for any field sales rep who exceeds Goal. Field
sales reps are expected to self-generate 90% if their leads through
grassroots marketing events in-low income neighborhoods. Corporate Amex
card for business related expenses. Laptop, IPad & Cellular provided.
Candidates must reside in the Savannah, Columbus, Augusta, or Macon,
Georgia territory area. We are seeking a licensed commission-driven
sales professional to work in the Savannah, Columbus, Augusta, or Makin
Georgia territory area. Products include Medicare health products
(Medicare Advantage, D-SNP, Medicare Supplemental and Part D).
Responsibilities * Meet monthly sales goals through the development and
implementation of a strategic sales and territory development plan. *
Prospect, initiate and build network/lead base & referrals to grow
revenue. * Deliver persuasive sales presentations to consumer groups &
individuals. * Achieve expected close ratio targets ranging from of
25%.- 65%. * Become known as a visible and recognized Medicare resource
in assigned territory. * Adhere to all compliance and company rules and
mandates set forth in the CMS marketing and compliance guidelines as
well as in the company policies and procedures. * Promote retention and
minimize rapid disenrollment by providing accurate, consistent and
timely service and follow up * Manage all leads within the designated
time frame on the company contact database in order to exceed company
standards for quality, accuracy and timeliness. * Complete other duties
as needed. * Entrepreneurial mindset; independent & energetic thinker a
must * Skilled at connecting and networking, with a successful track
record of self-generating leads through personal grassroots marketing *
Health and Life license preferred however must be obtained within 30
days of employment * BA/BS preferred * 2 years of direct to consumer
sales or marketing experience required * Experience selling D-SNP is
strongly preferred * Strong PC and keying skills required * Experience
working with the Medicare and or Medicaid population is strongly
preferred * Exceptional oral, written and presentation skills required *
Experience using a CRM system (Customer Relationship Management) is
preferred * Reliable transportation - Travel up to 75% within assigned
