You will aid in our Aon United journey to be the leading professional services firm, bringing advice and solutions to our clients on Commercial Risk solutions enabled by data and analytics.Key Responsibilities: Responsible for design, development and support of the applications in the assigned portfolio.Designs and implements solutions.Collaborates with other team members on all deliverables from planning to execution.Simplify the applications to reduce complexity and increase business value.Your Impact As A .Net DeveloperCore ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities include Requirements Analysis, Gap Analysis, Business Impact analysis, Design/Review, Prototyping, and Use Case Review. Provide accurate estimate using approved process/tools and methodologies.Ensure quality and timeliness of activities related to design, build and implementation of work product. Coordinate with relevant teams on scoping, issue resolution and status updates. Work with infrastructure and/or cloud service provider/vendor to request/setup service and resolution of issue. Liaise with the offshore vendor teams to develop and implement solutions.Conduct appropriate reviews at different phases of SDLC. Discuss related suggestions and questions with the Business Analysts, and stake holders.
