Position Summary:

The Appraisal Accounts Payable/Receivable Coordinator is responsible for the financial processing of transactions for the Appraisal Department. The duties include daily bookkeeping and record keeping, financial reporting and the preparation of monthly reporting. This individual must have a strong accounting background, as well as strong skills in Microsoft Excel (Knowledge of Dynamics GP would be helpful).

Essential Job Functions:

Specific tasks will include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Managing accounts payable/receivables using accounting software and other programs
• Processing Appraisal invoices for Corporate and Retail Branches
• Handling accounts payable and receivables for separate entities and vendors
• Maintaining relationships with new and existing vendors
• Processing due invoices for payments
• Reconciling invoices, prices, terms of payment and other charges and ensuring bills are paid in a timely and accurate manner while adhering to departmental procedures
• Processing transactions and performing accounting duties such as account maintenance, recording entries and reconciling books of accounts
• Provide technical support to Retail Branch CSR team, managers, and other employees with regards to Appraisal Invoices
• Handle disputes, inquiries and/or vendor complaints
• Audit, code, research and record retail branch and corporate invoices
• Verify and obtain vendors information such as 1099 forms, new mailing address or contact name
• Create Accounts Payable Status Report for Branches and Corporate as needed

This position may require occasional overtime and travel
