Our core competencies include systems engineering, program and project management, logistics, information technology and cyber security, and software development services. We were founded in 1990 and since our establishment we have been providing cutting edge solutions and support to our warfighters. We understand and provide expert consultation on network and weapons systems acquisition programs, maintenance/modernization programs, and sustainment programs.

     

    We are currently seeking a Senior Program Analyst to support our Patuxent River, MD customer. The Senior Program Analyst will provide Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Case support to the FMS Team.  The Senior Program Analyst must have an in-depth knowledge of TTSARB, International Policy Procedures, and an ability to assemble policy briefs.  Additionally, they must have the ability to track key policy documents and create customer briefs tailored to customer requirements.  The Senior Program Analyst will work with multi-disciplinary IPT members including program analysts, financial/budgetary analysts, engineers and logisticians to support the requirements of an international acquisition case.

     

    EXPERIENCE: Must have a minimum of ten (10) years of experience in program management, technical or business analysis discipline, related to weapon systems acquisition and life cycle management; and must have FMS case support experience.  Candidate must have demonstrated experience in Microsoft Project scheduling. Leads the execution of complex tasks. PMP certification for this position is considered beneficial/desired.

     

    EDUCATION: MS or MA degree in a business, management or relevant technical discipline. Substitution: BS or BA degree or PMI certification and an additional three (3) years of experience can be substituted or an MS or MA degree. An additional five (5) years’ experience may be substituted for the degree requirement.

     

    Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
