    Job Description

    Arundel Federal is currently seeking a Teller Team Lead/Coordinator for the Annapolis location. Under general supervision, but following established policies and procedures, oversees the daily teller activities. Performs all functions of a Teller and/or Customer Services Representative as well as other duties requiring additional knowledge and experience, such as opening new accounts, redeeming bonds, processing clerical work through the area, and assisting tellers with complex balancing and other work-related problems. Trains new Tellers. Responds to questions and/or provides information upon request from customers (internal and external). Processes requests/transactions, as appropriate. Assists customers and potential customers in understanding and utilizing the Bank's products and services.

    Education & Experience:

    · High School Diploma or equivalent (GED);

    · Minimum four years progressively responsible Branch experience. Knowledge of teller, customer service, and bank operations policies;

    · Previous team Leader or Senior Teller experience a plus;

    · Must possess excellent leadership, organizational, problem-solving and analytical skills;

    · Excellent verbal, written, telephone and interpersonal communication skills;

    · PC proficient including MS Office 365 and the Internet;

    · Excellent verbal, written, telephone and interpersonal communication skills;

    · Ability to function in a financial institution branch environment and utilize standard office equipment including but not limited to: PC, fax, copier, telephone, etc.;

    · Ability to lift a minimum of 25 lbs (e.g. coin bags, cash tray).

    · Some travel may be required.
