Citi’s Graduate Recruitment & Program Management Team is seeking a Campus Recruiter to identify, attract, hire and develop top talent for Citi’s Global Functions Associate and Analyst Programs.
Responsibilities:
The Campus Recruiter will be responsible for ensuring that the highest caliber of undergrad and MBA level candidates are attracted to Citi’s Global Functions through appropriate on-campus marketing and effective screening of candidates. The campus recruiter will manage the on-campus efforts for a select group of target schools for both summer and full-time recruiting and manage the summer internship programs. This individual will support the Internal Audit and Human Resources groups within Global Functions.

The ideal candidate will be a college graduate, preferably with 3-5 years of campus recruiting, event planning or other HR experience. The candidate should also have:
