Full Time Assistant to CEO of Financial Trading Firm in NYC
Looking for an individual to help a busy finance CEO. Duties include but are not limited to:
Engaging in complex & interesting research projects
Developing & maintaining vendor relations
Arranging travel & social itineraries
Managing & running personal & business errands
Planning events & coordinating agenda
Managing diverse projects & purchasing
Completing various clerical duties, filing, etc.
Coordinating Seasonal Yacht Maintenance
Coordinating Household Staff & Purchasing Expenses
Organizing & Auditing Wardrobe as needed
Current graduates of top tier schools are welcome.
Two years or more administrative, secretarial, or personal assistant experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office & web browsing/purchasing
Exceptional multitasking skills & resourcefulness
Ability to anticipate needs & meet deadlines
Available to work full time
Paid on a 1099 basis
The company is an affiliate of a United States broker-dealer, which runs a prop trading operation headquartered in New York City.
