Job Description
The Associate Financial Analyst will support the Global Finance team in delivering accurate financial insights to drive strategic business decisions. This entry-level role is ideal for candidates looking to develop their skills in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling while gaining exposure to various aspects of corporate finance.
Key Responsibilities include:
Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and presentations to senior leadership
Support the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting process, including data gathering, analysis, and variance explanations
Perform financial analysis and modeling to evaluate business performance, trends, and opportunities
Maintain and update financial databases and reporting systems to ensure data accuracy and integrity
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
·Minimum of 6 months of work experience or a Bachelor's Degree
·Students pursuing a bachelor’s degree with a graduation date between January
2024 and August 2025
·Strong communications skills, specifically, the absence of repeated
grammatical or typographical errors, clear and concise written and spoken
communications that demonstrate professional judgment.
·Degree type in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields
Preferred Qualifications
·2 or more years of work experience
·Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, advanced excel formulas, and
financial modeling)
·Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a problem-solving orientation
·Strong ability to collaborate
·Highly driven, resourceful and results oriented
·Good team player and excellent interpersonal skills
·Demonstrated ability to lead and navigate through ambiguity
Additional Information
** Work Hours:** Varies upon the needs of the department.
** Travel Requirements:** This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.
** Mental/Physical Requirements:** This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 78,400.00 to 110,750.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
