    WHAT YOU GET TO DO:

    • Manage overall forecasting and annual planning process

    • Act as lead with business partners in understanding variances and performance metrics and provide recommendations on actions required

    • Develop dynamic driver-based, real-time financial modeling focused on projecting cash flow, income statement, and balance sheet impacts based across a multitude of scenarios

    • Evaluate strategic investment decisions based on a robust framework to determine the viability of new business cases

    • Prepare analytics supporting monthly financial statements for distribution to the CFO, CEO, and Department Heads

    • Partner with Business Leaders/Capital Markets team on complex financing structures and corporate development activity

    • Evaluate competitive intelligence to benchmark company vs. the market.

    • Design and implement unit economic models to evaluate return on capital from different products and geographic markets.

    WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE TEAM:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or business-related field. MBA/CFA a plus.

    • 3+ years in financial analysis, consulting, or business analytics role

    • Ability to convert financial and accounting data into business information

    • Excellent Office skills, including advanced Excel skills (Lookups and aggregation functions, Pivot Tables, etc).

    • Experience with financial planning tools (e.g. Adaptive Insights)

    • Excellent written and verbal communication

    • Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work

    REPORTS TO: SR. DIRECTOR, FP&A

    JOB LEVEL: ASSOCIATE

    The minimum salary for this role is $74,000. The total compensation package includes eligibility for performance-based bonuses as well as a 1-time equity grant based on level.

    The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package and benefits, will be at the company's sole discretion, and determined by a myriad of factors including, but not limited to, years of experience, depth of experience, and other relevant business considerations.
