    Job description

Upon resumption of normal operations, this role may be performed at our San Francisco, California or Seattle, Washington office.

    The HSBC West Coast team works with corporates that hold a global footprint across a variety of industries. The Associate Relationship Manager (ARM) role will involve working with our largest clients, including public companies and those with complex capital structures. Many individuals that have held this role have gone on to become Global Relationship Managers and/or hold senior roles in the Bank.

    We work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, managing multiple internal & external stakeholders.

    The successful candidate will demonstrate;

    • Experience of working with internationally minded companies

    • A client focused mindset with a “can do” attitude

    • Strong communication and influencing skills, with a proven ability to build long term workplace relationships

    • Credit underwriting knowledge and experience

    • Strong corporate banking product knowledge across Treasury/Cash Management, Foreign Exchange and Trade Finance

    • An understanding of investment banking products across Advisory and Debt & Equity Capital Markets

    • Understanding of regulatory and compliance processes

    The ARM role can be performed at any of our offices in Los Angeles, CA, San Francisco, CA, Seattle, WA, or Phoenix, AZ.
