    WHAT YOU GET TO DO:

    OppFi is seeking a Technical Recruiter to discover and connect with diverse candidates for our technical roles. You will be responsible for utilizing recruiting techniques to develop relationships with passive talent and guide them through the hiring process. This is an opportunity to work directly with technology senior leadership to help continue to scale our engineering team and platform.

    • Full life cycle recruiting (sourcing, screening, closing), filling critical positions in Technology with high performers in a timely fashion.

    • Proven results in engaging passive candidates quickly and through creative sourcing strategies.

    • Facilitate interview pre briefs and debriefs with hiring teams.

    • Proactively identify closing strategies for offers and provide candidates with the right information to help make their decision as easy as possible; provide an exceptionally positive candidate experience.

    • Continuously research the National Tech hiring market and recruiting industry trends.

    What you will bring to the team:

    • 2+ years of technical recruiting experience in a fast-paced company.

    • 2+ years of technical sourcing

    • Experience recruiting for a variety of technical and product-focused roles ranging from product engineering, devops, product management, product design, etc.

    • Excitement for searching for unique, niche and highly-recruited tech talent.

    • Proven results identifying passive candidates quickly and via creative recruiting strategies.

    • Strong network within the technology community to identify relevant talent.

    • Corporate culture-focused, bringing enthusiasm to the office and offering up creative, new ideas and programs.

    • Excellent written and interpersonal communications skills.

    • Strong attention to detail.

    REPORTS TO: Senior Manager, Recruiting

    JOB LEVEL: Associate

    The minimum salary for this role is $70,000. The total compensation package includes eligibility for performance-based bonuses as well as a 1-time equity grant based on level. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package and benefits, will be at the company's sole discretion, and determined by a myriad of factors including, but not limited to, years of experience, depth of experience, and other relevant business considerations.
