Leader FLSA Status: Non-exempt Job Code: Admin I Summary Responsible for
assisting the Account Managers, Account Executives, Producers, and/or
Department Manager by performing the following duties. Responsibilities
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Other duties may be assigned.
Assembles client proposals. Audits census information. May accompany
Producers on sales calls. Assists with enrollment meetings. Gathers
quotations for clients and vendors. Copies data and compiles records and
reports. Tabulates and posts data in appropriate customer contact system
or in data base or spreadsheet formats. Operates computer terminal to
input and retrieve data. Operates office machines such as typewriter,
adding, calculating, and duplicating machines. Opens and routes incoming
mail, answers correspondence, and prepares outgoing mail. Qualifications
