  • Responsibilities

    Reviews data integrity of loan files; reviews and analyzes credit, income, asset, and property documentation.   Ensures file meets all investor, mortgage insurance, compliance and regulatory requirements.

     

    Communicates with borrowers, realtors, vendors, and loan officers on status of loan files, answers questions, and provides other information as necessary.

     

    Monitors aging of loan applications and drafts and communicate with borrowers on any needed application documents. 

     

     

     

    Required Skills Required Experience

    Two years experience with mortgage lending.
