Atlassian is seeking a driven and experienced Global Mobility Program Manager to join our Total Rewards Team, reporting to the Head of Global Mobility. You will serve as the regional point of contact on matters related to program administration in areas of relocation, immigration and tax compliances. You will partner closely with other functional teams including People Partners, Payroll, Finance, Recruiting, and Legal, as well as external service provider, in running day-to- day mobility activities, to lead compliance with policies and regulations.

IN THIS ROLE, YOU'LL GET TO:

• Lead the day to day immigration program; main point of contact for employees, HR, Attorneys and candidates

• Run international and domestic projects with consideration to all legal aspects of tax, equity, employment and compliance

• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, People Partners, Legal, Payroll, Stock and Finance across all regions to design global standards, service level agreements, and apply industry standards.

• Partner with tax provider in managing tax equalization program

• Conduct internal trainings for immigration and compliance

• Facilitate seamless immigration processes and maintain I-9 compliance

• Partner with HR Operation teams to ensure proper insurance coverage for assignees

• Manage policy exceptions

• Be a great partner to third party service partners

• Dedicatedly foster opportunities to streamline processes and automate routine tasks

• Conduct detailed cost analysis and track vendor invoices, contracts, and purchase requisitions

• Ad hoc projects and reporting

On your first day, we expect you to have:

• Bachelor's degree and minimum of 5 years of relevant experience

• Demonstrated strong program management and vendor management skills

• Strong interpersonal, teamwork and organizational skills

• Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with key partners.

• Drive to work independently in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment

• Superior verbal and written communication skills, with an emphasis on tact and diplomacy
