    Admin Assistant to Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) (18000A7O) Primary Location : UNITED STATES-NY-NEW YORK Organization : AXA US Contract Type : Regular Shift : Day Job Schedule : Full-time Description Summary/Responsibilities: Provides a full range of administrative and/or secretarial services to the Chief Marketing Officer Schedule and organize complex activities such as meetings, domestic and international travel, video conferences, town hall meetings and department activities for Chief Marketing Officer Support activities within employee engagement strategy, including organizing meetings and team events Manage communications plan and activities for both internal partners and external clients/agencies/partners Ability to compose and draft correspondence, including letters, memos, and reports of a highly confidential nature. Organize and prioritize large volumes of information, inquiries, requests and phone calls May prepare agendas and meeting briefings for the executive Summarizes contents of incoming materials requiring knowledge of technical matters May be responsible for project coordination for small routine projects. (Provides general administrative support to a department or area manager) May support multiple managers Ability to complete expense reports in timely manner Qualifications Skills/Requirements: 2-5 years experience Associate Degree (or equivalent work experience) Advanced knowledge and application of Microsoft Office (word, excel, power point) Exceptional attention to detail Excellent verbal/written communications skills, note taking and proof reading abilities Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects Exhibits professionalism and ability to maintain strict confidentiality Intermediate level of problem solving skills, research and data gathering ability, analytical and negotiation skills Strong attention to detail and thorough follow up About AXA Would you like to wake up every day driven and inspired by our noble mission and to work together as one global team to empower people to live a better life?
