The Management Trainee Program provides participants with experiences, challenges and unique learning opportunities that are designed to develop the skills necessary to be an effective leader for the future. This entry-level program will be rotational 2-year training with hands-on experience throughout the Corporation. This may include collaborative experience with our USA business Popular Bank. It will provide emerging talent an opportunity to apply knowledge, enhance their skills through mentoring and coaching, and expand their professional network. Associates will work on strategic projects and initiatives, gain hands-on experience and get acquainted with Banco Popular’s strategic vision, pillars, and values.
