Treasury F&S Advisor - Integrated -Chicago, IL, United States -Job number: 18016749 -Job Description: Role Overview: Responsible for day to day servicing and implementation of treasury, cash management and/or depository products and services with varying complexity. Acts as primary point of contact for high revenue clients by providing responsive and knowledgeable servicing and technical assistance to resolve complex/time sensitive requests. Engage internal business partners as needed to assist in the resolution. Key Responsibilities: Receive and respond to requests received by phone, email from clients and internal partners; Troubleshoot, research, and respond to client account and treasury service issues, questions and inquiries; Assist clients with completing deposit account documentation for account opening, implementation and maintenance of Treasury Services; Engage with the multiple internal partners to address client requests, account openings, treasury service implementations and internal requests. Position Summary: -Independently provides account management, client servicing and implementation coordination for highly complex accounts, which include highest revenue clients with specialized product, servicing needs. -Researches, analyzes, and resolves a wide range of treasury, cash management and or depository products and services of varying complexity, some of which have global requirements. -Identifies product and sales specialists and effectively integrates servicing with implementation and operational requirements across departments, other bank divisions, and countries. -Provides relationship management, servicing and technical assistance to unit associates to resolve complex, unique client requests. -Exercises judgment and discretion with respect to client relations and problem resolutions. -Understands the end-to-end process and identifies opportunities to initiate client collaboration in the development of product services including recommending new products to the client. -Provides statistical analysis and initiates projects and processes to improve efficiency. -In depth knowledge of treasury, cash management products, wholesale operations, and governing regulations is required. Must be a team player, take ownership, and drive for results to grow the business, sustain intensity and optimism while focusing on the client. Business Specific Responsibilities: -Responsible for acting as the primary interface with Global Corporate and Commercial clients via telephone and email channels to establish all connectivity between organizations. -Organizes all internal and external related activities to ensure a timely and smooth client service and implementation process. -Product suite consists of solutions of higher complexity, some of which have global requirements. -Sr. Specialist will engage the Global Client Coordination team to ensure an excellent client experience across all regions. -The Sr. Specialist is a consultative role, working in partnership with Treasury Services Consultants, Implementation Project Consultants and Treasury Services Directors. The Specialist will be responsible to respond and coordinate client inquiries and requests via telephone and email while resolving eligible items. -Exercises judgment and discretion with respect to client relations and problem resolutions. -Sr. Specialists will operate as the point of contact for the clients core treasury needs and client team as needed and they will escalate quickly and keep Treasury Services Directors informed to any significant issues. -Provide guidance and support to the Treasury Service Consultants. Qualifications/RequiredSkills: -3-5 years previous experience working directly with clients -Self starter and independent worker, ability to work with minimum supervision -Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills with a demonstrated client focus -Superior follow through and initiative -Highly organized, adapt at time management, andproblem/solving/analytical -Advanced skills within Microsoft applications -Ability to interpret bank standard legal documentation -Must be client-focused, a team player, with effective communication skills and professionalism through use of proper phone and email etiquette. -Ability to exercise good judgment and sound decision making skills a must.
