SAG Financial Analyst -Charlotte, NC, United States -Job number: 18033740 -Job Description: SAG Financial Analysts assist with the qualitative and quantitative analysis of the bank's commercial customers. Analysts participate in the structuring, underwriting and documentation of credit facilities designed to meet both client and investor needs as well as balance the bank's internal risk/return requirements. Research, write and present financial and industry analyses in support of company specific and portfolio level decisions. Responsibilities include: -Spreading financial statements -Monitoring and analysis of borrowing bases -Monitoring covenant compliance -Preparing risk rating scorecards -Preparing term sheets -Clearing risk exceptions -Assisting in the preparation of approval documents and SERs -Completing research including research to support litigation -Collateral review/analysis -Contacting clients for information, overdrafts, past dues -Assisting with OCC reporting -Producing accurate loan forecasts -Ad hoc projects asneeded Required skills and experience: -BS or BA in finance, accounting, economics or equivalent work experience -Proficient in using financial spreading tools (i.e. MFA) -Preparing a financial analysis including in depth analysis of repayment capacity -Proficient in MS Word and Excel -Excellent verbal and written communication skills Desired Skills: 1-2 years commercial underwriting experience Posting Date: 06/04/2018 Location: Charlotte, NC, BANK OF AMERICA CORPORATE CENTER, 100 N TRYON ST, - United States Travel: No Full / Part-time: Full time Hours Per Week: 40 Shift: 1st shift
