Citi's Institutional Clients Group (ICG) is looking for Full Time Analysts to join the Banking, Capital Markets and Advisory Investment Banking team in NAM. The Investment Banking group advises corporate clients who want to raise funds in capital markets and who need strategic support in financial transactions. Initiatives you may be working on with clients include mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, financial restructurings, underwriting, and distributing equity, debt, and derivative securities.

We're committed to teaching you the ropes. The 2 year Analyst program starts in June and begins with a 6 to 8 week in-depth training program. After a placement process, based on your interests and our needs, you will be matched with an Investment Banking team to work with for the next two years. Top performing Analysts in their third year with Citi will be eligible for a one-year rotation within an alternative team in North America or internationally. While you're in the Analyst role, you're eligible to participate in Citi's mentorship program, which will provide further training and guidance during and after the program from senior leaders within the firm.

Your time here will look something like this...

• Conduct research and analyze business and industry trends
• Build financial models, perform valuation analyses, and explore complex transactions across the full spectrum of Citi's business and product capabilities • Participate in client development, through working on live transactions and assisting in the generation of new ideas for clients
• Collaborate with and learn from teams of professionals across the organization
