The CSC Agent is responsible for being on-time, professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. Additionally, the agent is responsible for providing excellent customer service to internal and external customers on all BankPlus products and services. Maintains a thorough knowledge of Bank products, services, policies, procedures and appropriate regulatory issues as related to daily job functions including but not limited to: Bank Secrecy Act; Privacy Act; Fair Lending Act; Regulation E, etc. Complete required compliance training and adhere to the Banks standard of conduct. This position requires a High School diploma and two years similar experience in a professional environment working in a call center setting. Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. Knowledge of proper English and punctuation is necessary. Must possess basic PC skills and have knowledge of all Microsoft office products. We expect high performance from every employee.
