INTERIM CFO

COMPENSATION: $95+ per hour (based on experience)

LOCATION: Boston, MA

DURATION: ~3 months

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: Minimum 4 years' Controllership, CFO, or VP Finance experience Pharmacy industry or significant PE experience; background in public accounting at a national firm preferred

The ideal candidate will have a strong finance background and the ability to lead a finance team through  a post-acquisition integration. Additional responsibilities include budgeting and forecasting, management reporting / KPIs, and the ability to adapt to multiple systems.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• CPA or MBA
• 4+ years' controllership experience; CFO experience preferred
• 8+ years' accounting experience; background in public accounting or consulting firm preferred
• Available to start immediately
• Ability to grasp new concepts quickly
• Detail-oriented with superior analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
