COMPENSATION: $95 per hour

LOCATION: Boston, MA

DURATION: ~3 months; potential for contract-to-hire

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: Minimum 2 years' Controllership, CFO, or VP Finance experience within Software / Tech industry; background in public accounting at a national firm preferred

We're looking for a top CFO / VP of Finance to lead the accounting and finance function at a PE-owned Tech company in Boston.

The role will begin immediately and will last until a full-time VP of Finance or CFO is found. As is the case with any interim Finance role, there's a possibility of the role extending, and there's even a possibility of a full-time offer being extended.

The ideal candidate will have a strong finance background and the ability to lead a finance team through  a post-acquisition integration. Additional responsibilities include budgeting and forecasting, management reporting / KPIs, and the ability to adapt to multiple systems.

The company uses Salesforce and Netsuite, so experience with either or both of those systems is a strong plus.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• CPA or MBA
• 2+ years' controllership experience
• 8+ years' accounting experience; background in public accounting preferred
• Experience working through an acquisition
• Experience with Netsuite and Salesforce a plus
• Available to start immediately
• Ability to grasp new concepts quickly
• Detail-oriented with superior analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
