JOB TITLE: Customer Service Representative 2 DEPARTMENT: Relationship Banking
JOB SUMMARY The Customer Service Representative 2 (CSR 2) shares the responsibility with all Branch employees for delivering on the Beneficial Promise “As a leader in the community, Beneficial is passionate about educating, inspiring, and motivating people to take action to do well”. The CSR 2 ensures that customers may have their accounts and loans opened as efficiently and seamlessly as possible. The CSR 2 is also willing to do whatever it takes to provide extraordinary service to customers, including presenting creative solutions and thinking out of the box to please customers and nurture the customer experience. The CSR 2 is capable of supervising the office and staff in the absence of the Assistant Manager or Branch Manager. The CSR 2 embraces “Do what’s right” as the singular priority in all activities.
