    Job description

Upon resumption of normal operations, this role may be performed at our Depew, New York office.

    As an, Private Bank Bilingual Client Service Executive your main objective will be to provide an exceptional level of Customer Service and accuracy in execution, in a fast paced high energy environment to HSBC’s most prestigious High Net Worth and Ultra High Net worth clients. You will always place the client first and work in a Team setting, as well as individually to ensure you not only meet but exceed our client’s needs and expectations. Responsibilities include handling and servicing client inquiries and products including but not limited to; banking transactions, payment instructions, wire transfers, credit card servicing, loan servicing and digital support while always mitigating risk to the organization.

    Requirements

    Employment eligibility to work with HSBC in the U.S. is required as the company will not pursue visa sponsorship for these positions.

    • Language Skills: English and Mandarin is preferred

    • Minimum of two years proven and progressive service and related financial services industry experience or equivalent

    • Bachelor’s degree in business, related field or equivalent experience

    • Strong research, communication, organizational, analytical, customer service, sales and problem-solving skills

    • Sound knowledge of HSBC products, markets and traditional and non-traditional service providers

    • Ability to manage multiple and changing priorities with tact, diplomacy and confidentiality

    • Strong knowledge of regulations affecting area of responsibility

    • Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills
