Warehouse Reciever - 1st shift BK Specialty Foods - Swedesboro, NJ 08085 BK Specialty Foods, a food distributor, is looking for energetic A.M. Warehouse Receiver for the 1st shift Monday to Friday. Check accuracy of quantity of product received and process all paperwork connected with receiving the product. Receiver is also responsible for inspecting incoming product and checking for quality. Educational Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred Experience Required: * SIX (6) months receiving experience * Experience using electric pallet jack, order picker and forklift * Receiving experience with temperature controlled product Specific Responsibilities: * Remove all product from trucks by use of forklift ,electric pallet jack or by hand * Stack all product in a safe and orderly fashion * Adhere to all safety rules * Check the accuracy of the product received, comparing the bill of lading to the purchase order. Research all inconsistencies. * Check and record all temperatures of incoming product ( Frozen , Refrigerated ) * Ability to work well with others in a professional manner * Experience in the use of scan gun procedures * Responsible for notifying the receiving manager of any quality or quantity issues * Good attendance and adhere to work schedule Physical Requirements: * Frequent lifting ,bending ,stooping ,pushing and pulling are required * Ability to manually move 50 lbs. * Must be able to withstand cooler temperatures ( 40 degrees to minus 10 degrees ) * Able to stand for long periods of time Please reply to this ad with a copy of your resume if interested.
