Our Black Heritage Leadership Program - Early ID - will equip you with the knowledge and training you need to successfully navigate the interview process, build technical skills, and learn about the opportunities available.

    Citi's Black Heritage Leadership Program, Early ID Program – is designed for undergraduate sophomores who self-identify as Black. This program will offer virtual mentorship and provide training on how to navigate the Summer Analyst interview process.

    Your time here will look something like this...

    The Early ID program is a five week virtual program aligned to the tracks below. Participants will learn how to navigate the summer intern recruiting process, participate in virtual technical training and business specific workshops as well as have a mentor guiding them along the way.

  • Qualifications

    We want to hear from you if...

    • You are a current sophomore enrolled in a four-year Baccalaureate Degree program from an accredited institution and self-identify as Black.
    • All candidates will be selected based on their academic achievements such as extracurricular activities, campus leadership; and interest in the financial services industry.
    • 3.3 GPA, preferred.
