Essential Functions: * Works closely with the Workforce and Leadership Development Program Evaluator to design, develop and implement e-learning modules. * Prepares classrooms and assembles class resources for educational workshops. * Assists in the development of classroom literature and materials. * Assists in the administration of the corporate library. * Assists in the administration of corporate leadership development programs. * Assists in administration of learning management systems, managing accounts, tracking and grading assignments. * Intern must be able to lift more than 10 lbs and walk up and down stairs. Qualifications: Education: * Intern must be currently enrolled in an accredited college or university (business, communications or a related field of study).nbsp; Required: * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Strong PC skills (Windows operating system, e-mail, internet research, MS Office). * Must be self-motivated and able to carry out activities with minimal supervision.
