    WFLD Intern Topeka/en-US/External/job/Topeka/WFLD-Intern_R2018376/applyThe Workforce and Leadership Development intern will apply concepts learned in a secondary education setting to assist in designing and building eLearning and classroom-based learning opportunities for adult learners in a corporate environment. The intern will also assist with corporate library administration and support WFLD staff with workshop preparation and administrative duties. Are you ready to make a difference? Essential Functions: * Works closely with the Workforce and Leadership Development Program Evaluator to design, develop and implement e-learning modules. * Prepares classrooms and assembles class resources for educational workshops. * Assists in the development of classroom literature and materials. * Assists in the administration of the corporate library. * Assists in the administration of corporate leadership development programs. * Assists in administration of learning management systems, managing accounts, tracking and grading assignments. * Intern must be able to lift more than 10 lbs and walk up and down stairs. Qualifications: Education: * Intern must be currently enrolled in an accredited college or university (business, communications or a related field of study).nbsp; Required: * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Strong PC skills (Windows operating system, e-mail, internet research, MS Office). * Must be self-motivated and able to carry out activities with minimal supervision.
