Our Trustee and Fiduciary Services division provides specialized software and consulting services to Chapter 7 and non-bankruptcy trustees in all 50 states. This position is used to support multiple products and platforms from a top tier perspective. Responsible for production related tasks, tracking and maintaining projects, supporting proprietary software products and handling day-to-day tasks related to monitoring system updates and maintenance. Job Responsibilities:Perform daily/weekly/monthly duties to support operationsProcess custom report requests received from clients and internal associatesThird level support for internal and external clients using proprietary software productsWork closely with team leader and development team to resolve client reported issues prior to deploymentAnalyze reported issues and determine path for resolutionTest new software versions compatibility with operating systems, third party applications, etc. Participate in the review and management of system enhancement requests generated by clientFacilitate conversion duties for onboarding and converting data from one application platform to anotherAdditional Duties and Responsibilities:Research any data-related issues Participate in monthly billing duties, reporting projects (required weekly/monthly)Backup for daily banking and custom reporting responsibilitiesAssist with special projects as assigned by management Key Skill Sets or Knowledge Requirements: Handle multiple projects concurrentlyManage competing prioritiesThink critically and analyticallyAdapt to ever-changing environmentExcel in fast paced work environmentStrong written and verbal communication skills Skilled at using Windows OS/MS Office productsAttention to detail Desired Career Experience & Education Requirements: 3 years customer service Experienced in handling and analyzing data flow through multiple systems with concurrent projects/initiatives Data conversion/client onboarding High School diplomaPreferred:Bachelors degree Bankruptcy experience Apply directly for consideration as we are not using any outside agencies for any of our openings Job Functions and Work Environment: While performing the duties of this position, the employee is required to sit for extended periods of time.
