We are looking for a Deposit Operations Specialist - Retirement Services to be responsible for:Reviews daily IRA/Roth transactions for accuracy and regulatory compliance Assists customers with questions involving their IRA/Roth accountsPerform special projects and routine Deposit Operations tasks as neededProcesses requests related to IRA/Roth accounts, including but not limited to: New account enrollment Distributions Transfers Contributions Rollovers Various file maintenance Key Skill Sets or Knowledge Requirements: Solid written and verbal communication skills Advanced problem solving skillsWork with multiple software platforms in support of daily processing needs Follow direction and work independently Maintain workload in a fast paced environment Execute routine tasks with a high degree of accuracy Basic understanding of personal retirement accounts Desired Career Experience & Education Requirements: High school diplomaCustomer service experience Knowledge of applicable banking and retirement account regulations Preferred:Some college and/or technical educationJack Henry experience2+ years of experience working with retirement accountsApply directly for consideration as we are not using any outside agencies for any of our openings Job Functions and Work Environment: While performing the duties of this position, the employee is required to sit for extended periods of time.
