    Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

     

     

    Prosperity Bank is seeking to fill the position of Banking Center Manager at our Slaton, TX banking center.

     

     

    The Banking Center Manager is responsible for directing and administering the operational efforts of the banking center. This individual ensures that established policies and procedures are followed, oversees provision of a full range of services to customers and prospective customers, and that customers are promptly and professionally served. Other duties will also include training, directing, supervising lobby and teller staff, insuring banking center transactions, expenses, and profitability are in line with Bank standards.

    Required Experience

    Associate degree or higher in business or a related field, or an equivalent combination of training and work experience.

    Thorough knowledge of Bank services and products.

    Understanding of related legal and regulatory requirements.

    Familiarity with Banking center functions, policies, and procedures.

    Minimum three years related experience in a financial institution, with a minimum of two years supervisory experience.
